Rains Long Liner Vest Black is a padded men’s and women’s vest. The vest is designed to be worn under the raincoats of the essential collection, but is also suitable for wearing separately. Liner Vest features a concealed main zip, chest pocket and internal zip pocket. The look is contemporary, balancing its clean silhouette and concealed details with slim vertical quilting.
