UCON Acrobatics is a German based brand that unites a passion for creative design with sustainable mindset. Ucon backpacks and waist bags go beyond seasons with their timeless silhouettes. This approach is driven by the belief that less can actually be more, and that nothing should suffer for a quality product – not humans, not animals and not the environment. UCON Acrobatics is a B-Corp certified company which means that they meet rigorous standards for social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. By being a B-Corp, they demonstrate their commitment to sustainability and ethical business practices.
Since 2018, UCON Acrobatics has been doing everything they can to manufacture products with the highest possible amount of recycled parts and it is working out better and better every day. Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) from recycled water bottles is the main material they use. All products are free of animal derived ingredients and certified by PETA. Phthalate P7 and toxins are eliminated from products. This includes environmental toxins such as bleaches, pesticides and heavy metals, allergens such as nickel and other toxins like carcinogens. All backpacks and other products are water-repellent and the materials are waterproof, impermeable up to a water pressure of 1.500 mm.
