Delivery time

NB! Due to increased order volumes and international restrictions there may be delays in usual delivery times. We will notify about any delays as soon as possible.

Delivery times vary by country and depend on the choice of delivery method.
Delivery times may also vary depending on the availability of the product in our main warehouse or stores.
All delivery times are calculated in working days.

* Delivery time to Iceland, Cyprus, Norway, Malta and Greece is 2 days longer than usual.
** Deliveries to an address outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are payable at the delivery address upon delivery.
  • Generally, orders placed before 13:00 on a business day will be shipped the same day, and further parcel delivery depends on the chosen delivery method and destination.
  • Orders placed after 13:00 on a business day will be shipped on the next business day.
  • We will inform you about any delays as soon as possible. If you have not received your order on the last expected delivery day after payment, please contact us (info@uur.ee) to find out the reason for the delay.
  • Delivery time to our physical stores depends on the availability of ordered products in that particular store. Generally, the delivery time to stores is 1-2 days.
  • NB! Lately there have been delays with delivers to UK due to customs. Therefore only courier shipping is available for now, until the issues have been resolved. We apologise for any inconveniences!

Delivery methods

  • WATCH WEAR online store offers different delivery methods, depending on the destination country.
  • All orders are shipped from the European Union, usually from the Republic of Estonia.
  • This means that no additional import duties or taxes are added inside the EU.

Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs vary by country and depend on the size of the cart and chosen delivery method.
  • Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart.
  • Generally, shipping cost is gradually cheaper with every 50€ purchase.

Returns

The customer has the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving the order. The customer has the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which the Buyer, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Buyer acquires, physical possession of the last good. Please note that the Buyer must return the goods to the seller within 14 days after making the statement of withdrawal.

In order to return the goods, it is necessary to submit a written application either by email (info@uur.ee) or by submitting the application together with the returned products to our store. Download the return application here: PRODUCT RETURN APPLICATION

Returned products must be in the original packaging and with labels. It is not possible to return items without price tags or already worn and used items. If you accidentally damaged the price tag or the package when opening the package then the principle of reasonableness will apply. Please contact us (info@uur.ee) for any concerns!

All online store orders can be returned FREE to our stores for a full refund. Our stores:

Unfortunately, we don’t offer free international returns by postage at the moment. Postage must be paid by the sender and will not be refunded. FREE returns via postage are available only in Estonia.

With Itella SmartPost you can simply return the goods using the same door code with which you received the order (Estonia only). To return goods with Omniva or DPD, please submit the return application by email (info@uur.ee) and the parcel tag will be sent to you by email.

Refund will be done within 5 bank days after the inspection of the returned goods. We will make the refund to the same account from which the payment was made. When returning the full order you will get a full refund (exl. delivery costs for returns).

NB! Make sure you have sent the return application by email priorly or that pre-filled application is included with the returned goods.

NB! The receipt of the transport company must be kept until the package has reached us. In that case you have the evidence to prove that you have sent the package and we will contact the transport company to find the parcel.

NB! In case of partial return of the order shipping fees may not be refunded. That is if the delivery cost is calculated as a unit price per package, regardless of the number of products in the package.

NB! The stated terms and conditions only apply to online store orders!

Exchange service

We’re sorry, we don’t offer an international exchange service by postage. However, you can simply return any unsuitable items to us for a refund and place a new order for the item(s) you want. Please follow the steps for a RETURN in that case! Free returns are only available within Estonia and to our stores in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland.

Products ordered from our online store can be exchanged FREE to our stores. Our stores:

The customer has the right to exchange the order within 14 days after receiving the goods. Please note that the buyer must return the goods to the seller no later than 14 days within making the application.

Since customer satisfaction is our top priority, we also accept exchange request for purchases from our physical stores. Purchase receipt must be presented in order to exchange. The product can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase and if no replacement can be found, for a gift card with the same value.

If the replacement product is cheaper then the price difference will be refunded within 5 banking days to the same account from which the payment was made. If you wish to exchange to a more expensive product, then the customer have to pay for the price difference. Price difference will only be refunded for online store orders.
