If your country isn’t listed, contact us via chat and we will add your country if possible.

All orders are shipped from EU.

Delivery time

Delivery times vary by country and delivery method. You’ll see the estimated delivery time at checkout.

We process orders within 0 to 2 days. The processing time depends on the availability of the product in our warehouse or stores.

The delivery time starts once order is completed. Further parcel delivery depends on the chosen delivery method and destination.

Delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday to Friday).

Provided delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed. While we strive to meet the expected timelines and offer fastest possible delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs, carrier delays, or peak shopping seasons. We’ll do our best to keep you informed of any changes.

Order completion:

  • Generally, orders placed before 13:00 (UTC+2) on a business day will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 13:00 (UTC+2) on a business may be processed on the next business day.
  • We’ll notify you of any delays as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t arrived by the last expected delivery day, please contact us to find out the reason for delay.
  • Delivery to our stores typically takes 0-2 days, depending on product availability at the store.

Important! Delivery and handling times may be longer during busy periods like Christmas or Black Friday.

Reminder! Keep the packaging until you’ve checked the product for any defects. If the product is damaged during shipping, the packaging will help determine if the damage happened in transit.

Delivery methods

WATCH WEAR online store offers different shipping options, depending on the destination country.

All orders are shipped from the European Union, usually from Estonia.

No additional import duties or taxes are added inside the EU.

All national and international delivery methods:

  • Standard Post – generally delivered to a postal office, sometimes delivered by courier or to mailbox (small parcels)
  • Standard Courier – delivery by courier
  • DPD Courier – express delivery by courier
  • DPD Pickup Point – DPD collection points. Currently only available in Baltics, Sweden and Finland
  • Omniva Parcel Machine – available for shipping in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania
  • Venipak – courier and parcel machine service available for Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania
  • SmartPosti – parcel machine available for deliveries in Estonia, Finland and Sweden

You’ll receive a tracking code when your order is completed.
Please check your spam and promotions folder. Emails associated with your order may automatically go there.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary by country, order size, and delivery method. You’ll see the exact shipping cost in your shopping cart.

In general, shipping becomes cheaper with every 50€ you spend.

Free Shipping options:

  • In-Store Pickup: Enjoy free pickup from any Watch Wear store. Find your nearest store.
  • Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: Free shipping on orders over €50.
  • Finland: Free shipping on orders over €80.
  • Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Poland: Free shipping on orders over €100.
  • Other EU Countries: Free shipping on orders over €150.
  • Other countries: Check shipping price from shopping cart.

No additional import duties or taxes are added inside the EU.
Deliveries to an address outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are payable upon delivery.

Returns

You can cancel and return your order within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked.

The 14-day period starts when you, or a person you choose, receive the last item in your order. Items must be returned within 14 days after submitting your cancellation.

To return, let us know by email or fill out the return form in our store.

Returned products must be in original packaging with labels. We can’t accept returns for worn, used, or tagless items. If a price tag or packaging is damaged, reasonable exceptions apply. Please contact us for any concerns.

Return costs:

  • You can return your order for FREE to any of our stores. Find your nearest store here.
  • Estonia: Free returns with all carriers.
  • Latvia & Lithuania: Free if you keep items worth at least €39.90. Otherwise, a €3.00 return fee via Omniva will be deducted from your refund. If you use other provider, you must pay and arrange the shipping.
  • Other Countries: Return shipping must be paid and arranged by the sender. We do not offer free international returns. We apologise!

Parcel machine returns:

  • Omniva: Use the return code sent via SMS (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania).
  • SmartPost: Use the same door code (Estonia only).
  • DPD: Request a return label via email (Estonia only).

  • DPD – Tallinna Vineeri peatus
  • Venipak – Rimi Venipak (Tatari 64, Tallinn)

Refunds: Refunds are processed after the inspection of the returned goods, but no later than within 14 days. We will refund to the original payment method. Full refunds are made for full returns (excluding return shipping costs as explained above).

Important notes:

  • Contact customer support before returning items via email.
  • Keep the shipping receipt until we receive the package.
  • Partial returns may not include a refund for the shipping fees. That is since the delivery cost is calculated as a unit price per package.
  • These terms apply only to online store orders.

Exchange service

We’re sorry, we don’t offer an international exchange service by postage. However, you can simply return any unsuitable items to us for a refund and place a new order for the item(s) you want. Please follow the steps for a RETURN in that case!

Free returns are only available within Estonia and to our stores.

Products ordered from our online store can be exchanged FREE in our stores.
Please notify us in advance to make sure the desired item is available in store.

In order to exchange products, it is necessary to submit a written application either by email (info@uur.ee) or together with the returned product to our store.

The customer has the right to exchange the order within 14 days after receiving the goods. Please note that the buyer must return the goods to the seller no later than 14 days within making the application.

Since customer satisfaction is our top priority, we also accept exchange request for purchases from our physical stores. Purchase receipt must be presented in order to exchange. The product can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase and if no replacement can be found, for a gift card with the same value.

If the replacement product is cheaper, we’ll refund the difference within 5 business days to your original payment method. For a more expensive item, you’ll need to pay the difference. Price adjustments apply only to online store orders.
